We will send you your account opening form including account details immediately. Please return the signed forms including a copy of your official photo ID (For joint accounts, both applicants must sign the Account Opening Application Form and each have to add a copy of a photo ID). One copy is for your own records.

To get started with our Digital Banking you need:

  1. Your login or customer number, which we will send you per post.
  2. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) , which you will receive after activation of your Payment Account per SMS.
  3. TransAction Numbers (TAN) to handle your online transactions. After every online transaction in your Internetbanking, you will receive a TAN by SMS to the provided mobile phone number. Enter TAN within 3 minutes to confirm the operation transaction. In our DenizMobile banking App, you can conveniently confirm your transactions via push notifications. 

For safety reasons, these will be sent to you separately by SMS.

Here we go! Once your money has been transferred to your Payment Account via bank transfer, you will be able to open your Daily Due Deposit Account, Time Deposit Account and Deniz-Sparplan online - easily, securely and conveniently.
