Your tasks:

The Financial Institutions Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing correspondent banking relationships, supporting trade finance activities, and contributing to portfolio growth across international markets. The role combines relationship management, transaction execution, and risk awareness within a dynamic international banking environment.

  • Manage and develop relationships with international Financial Institutions
  • Support correspondent banking activities and expand the FI network
  • Identify and develop cross-border business opportunities and trade finance cooperation
  • Monitor FI, country, and counterparty risk exposure in line with internal policies
  • Execute and coordinate trade finance transactions (LCs, LGs) end-to-end
  • Prepare and maintain credit proposals, transaction documentation, and client reviews
  • Conduct financial analysis and monitor client performance regularly
  • Maintain pricing discipline in line with profitability targets
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Corporate Banking teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, AML, and operational risk standards
  • Contribute to portfolio growth and revenue generation across international markets

What you bring to the table:

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Institutions and/or Trade Finance
  • Solid knowledge of correspondent banking, LC/LG products, and credit processes
  • Familiarity with international banking practices and EU banking regulations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships in an international environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Fluency in English and German (Turkish is considered an advantage)

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 3,272.23 / month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
