• Identification, assessment and monitoring of operational risks across all business areas
• Conducting risk workshops to identify and assess risks
• Analysing and evaluating existing control measures for risk mitigation
• Collaborating with the Internal Control System (ICS) Officer to define and monitor key risks
• Recording, analysing and tracking reported risks and loss events
• Maintaining and further developing the loss database, as well as
• Preparing regular analyses and reports
• Conducting outsourcing risk assessments for outsourced activities
• Supporting the further development of the operational risk management framework
• Contributing to bank-wide risk reports (internal and external) and regulatory metrics
• Contributing to risk assessment as part of ICAAP, recovery planning and stress tests
• Data preparation and quality control for internal risk analyses and regulatory requirements
• Developing expertise in other types of risk (e.g. liquidity risk, market risk, etc.)

• A degree in economics, engineering or a relevant field (from a university or university of applied sciences)
• At least 6 years professional experience in operational risk management at a European bank
• In-depth knowledge of the identification, assessment and management of operational risks
• Familiarity with national and international regulatory requirements (e.g. CRR, BWG, EBA)
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with data analysis (e.g. R, SQL or VBA) would be an advantage
• Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work and strong problem-solving skills
• Initiative, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work well in a team
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 3.375,40/month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
